RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.79 dated 06.07.2018 registered under Sections 15/25/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Boha, District Mansa.

On instructions from ASI Gamdoor Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 25.07.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
