The petitioners have already made representation dated 15.6.2020 (Annexure P-3) to the police.

While refraining from making any expression as regards the veracity of the averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda, District Bathinda (respondent No.2) to get the alleged threat perception of the petitioners examined expeditiously, in accordance with law and necessary steps as may be warranted under the facts and circumstances of the case be taken thereupon forthwith.
