The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing respondents No. 1 & 2 to handover/transfer the enquiry of complaint dated 01.04.2024 (Annexure P-7) and to conduct fresh enquiry through some other independent agency.

Learned counsel for the petitioner after vehemently arguing on the merits of the case prays for liberty to withdraw the present petition by keeping all his/her grounds open to enable him/her to challenge the order dated 01.02.2024, whereby, the application under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. has been dismissed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Faridabad. 3.

In light of the above, keeping all the grounds open, the present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 01.02.2024 and also raise the additional pleas as narrated in the representation dated 01.04.2024 (Annexure P-7). 4.
