******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not turned up to pay amount as per orders dated 23.04.2019 and 23.07.2019 and requests for passing of any appropriate order. Interim bail was allowed to the petitioner vide order dated 23.07.2019 on the undertaking of learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner, after paying amount of `53,50,000/- through demand draft, will pay remaining amount of `3 lakhs and two weeks' time was sought on 23.07.2019 to pay a sum of `3 lakhs.

In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, it appears that petitioner is not interested in complying with order allowing him interim bail, as such, this petition is dismissed for non-compliance of orders dated 23.04.2019 and 23.07.2019.
