M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is a complainant in FIR No.17 of 2014 under Sections 406 & 498-A IPC registered at Police Station, City Malerkotla. Dissatisfied with the investigation, the petitioner has submitted a representation Annexure P4 to the the Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur.

Notice of motion to the Advocate General, Punjab. On asking of the Court, notice has been accepted by Mr.Jashan Preet Singh, AAG., Punjab, present in the Court. Copy given.

This petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, to look into the matter and ensure that the grievance of the petitioner in Annexure P4, is looked into within a period of one month after the receipt of a certified copy of this order.
