******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 146 dated 19.06.2010 registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 read with Section 120-B of Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC'), at Police Station Civil Lines, District Patiala. Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has put in appearance before the trial Court and has been released on interim bail under order dated 21.08.2017.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jagwant Singh endorses the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner. As the petitioner has put in appearance before the trial Court, the instant petition is allowed and order dated 21.08.2017 is made absolute subject to the condition that he will keep on appearing before the trial Court on each and every date of hearing. In the event of his not appearing before the trial Court on any of the date, the concession of bail allowed to him shall stand withdrawn.
