The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS (old Section 482 Cr.P.C) for issuance of necessary directions to the official respondents decide representation dated 09.03.2026 (Annexure P-3) submitted by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has filed a representation dated 09.03.2026 (Annexure P-3) before respondent No.3, however, no action has been taken thereon till date.
