The instant petition under Section 482 BNSS (corresponds to Section 438 Cr.P.C.) has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.308 dated 28.11.2025, under Sections 326(g), 194(2), 324(4), 126(2), 191(2), 190, 351(3), 115(2) and 61(2) of BNS (corresponding Sections 434, 160, 427, 341, 147, 149, 506, 323 and 120-B IPC) registered at Police Station Division No.7, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana.

This Court vide order dated 02.04.2026, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned State counsel does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required in the present case.
