(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing the order dated 24.04.2018 (Annexure P-1) along with the order dated 17.01.2017 (Annexure P-4) of the trial Court in the complaint titled "Kanwaljit Singh Versus Yashpal" vide no.COMA/46229/2013 and CNR No.PBLD030035292012 (Annexure P-2), under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, whereby, the application dated 15.03.2017 (Annexure P-3) filed for recalling the order dated 17.01.2017 (Annexure P-4) was dismissed. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
