RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.1350 dated 25.10.2015, under Section 66 of Information and Technology Act, 2000, registered at Police Station Gurgaon City, District Gurugram, Haryana and all the consequential proceedings arising out of the above FIR.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other remedy as available to him under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
