The present appeal pertains to the year 1998. Vide order dated 01.02.2024 notice was issued to the appellant as the earlier counsel representing the appellant has been elevated to the Bench. As per the service report, the sole appellant has died. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant nor any counsel has put in appearance on their behalf. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for nonprosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
