In compliance of order dated 18.09.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner has placed on record copy of Aadhar Card and copy of the Ration Card.

Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 63 dated 18.04.2015, registered under Sections 406, 420, 364, 368, 120-B IPC, Police Station Mehatpur, District Jalandhar. Heard.

Counsel for the petitioner urges that the only allegations made against the petitioner are that some amount had been sent from Abroad and the police is not initiating action against Vicky. Counsel urges that the petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2015 and challan has been presented and the trial will take time.

Crl. Misc. No.M-30234 of 2015 The State counsel does not dispute that the investigation qua the petitioner is over and challan has been presented. The trial will take long time to conclude. Without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on execution of adequate personal and surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court/Duty Magistrate. Additionally petitioner would not leave the country without the permission of the trial Court.
