(ORAL): These petitions have been filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 16.3.2024, Annexure P-7, regarding allocation of schools to 2017 Batch PRTs, on the ground of discrepancies in the process. The teachers who were having lesser marks than those of the petitioners, have been allotted the stations which were opted by the petitioners.

In a similar petition, CWP No.7164 of 2024, Annexure A-1, learned State counsel had made a statement before the Court that the Ashwani Kumar 2024.04.05 17:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP No.6762 of 2024 and Connected matter -2- 2024:PHHC:046744 Department was in the process of re-looking the allocation of schools to different categories of 2017 Batch PRTs in view of the discrepancies pointed out in the entire process. Accordingly, it was directed not to relieve the petitioners therein from their place of posting till final decision on allocation of schools is taken after considering the objections/ grievances.

The petitioners are also similarly placed but the apprehension is that they will be relieved in terms of office order dated 4.4.2024, Annexure A-2.

Learned State counsel accepts notice and does not dispute the facts aforementioned.

Accordingly, the petitions stand disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in CWP No.7164 of 2024, directing the respondents not to relieve the petitioners from their place of posting till final decision on allocation of schools is taken after considering the objections/grievances 7.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
