The instant petition under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding Section 438 Cr.P.C.) has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.83 dated 23.07.2025, under Sections 333, 118(2), 118(1), 115(2), 324(4), 191(3) and 190 BNS, 2023 (corresponding Sections 452, 326, 324, 323, 440, 148 and 149 IPC) registered at Police Station Bhindi Saidan, District Amritsar Rural. 2.
This Court vide order dated 17.03.2026, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 17.03.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.
