Prima facie, the instant writ petition is not maintainable, inasmuch as this Court is not the executing court in respect of the order dated 15.09.2025. Nonetheless, learned State counsel, who is in receipt of advance notice, on instructions received from Ms. Kulwinder Kaur, Assistant Director, S.S.S. Board, Punjab, informs the Court that the requisite information sought by the petitioner shall be supplied to him within a month from today.

In view of the undertaking furnished by learned State counsel, the instant writ petition is closed, without commenting anything on its maintainability. However, it is expected that the authority(ies) concerned shall abide by the undertaking furnished before this Court.
