Learned counsel for the parties' state that the matter since stand compromised between the parties. However, the compromise has not been placed on the record.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and accordingly the same is disposed off at this stage. However, keeping in view the fact that a written compromise is yet to be drawn up between the parties, it is made clear that in case the needful is not done, the petitioner would always be at liberty to get the present contempt petition revived.
