(ORAL) The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., for issuance of a direction to respondent No. 2-Superintendent of Police Kaithal, to restrain respondents No. 4 to 7 from adopting any illegal means by threatening the petitioner and forcefully trying to take illegal possession of his self acquired land measuring 14 acres.
Short reply dated 14.07.2022, filed by way of affidavit of Sh. Sajjan Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kalayat, on behalf of respondent-State, is taken on record.
In para No. 2 of the said reply, it has been averred that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the petitioner had suffered a statement that 'they have reached into a compromise and he did not want any action on his complaint'.
