Mr. Tarundeep Kumar, Advocate for Mr. Manjit Singh, Advocate for the complainant. JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Prayer is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.44 dated 28.6.2015 under Section 306 IPC.

Custody certificate filed in court is taken on record. As per allegations levelled by the complainant, who is father of Sukhjit, his son was upset because three accused including the present petitioner had refused to return his money of Rs.42000/- and were making false accusation against him leading to Sukhjit committing suicide by consuming Sulphas tablets.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that no offence is made out against the present petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2015 and after completion of investigation, challan

CRM-M- 30273 of 2015 #2# has been presented.

Learned state counsel, on instructions from ASI Bhalla Singh admits that the investigations are over and challan has been presented. Without commenting upon the merits of the case, keeping in view the custody period and the fact that the trial shall take sufficient time to conclude, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner behind bars any further. Therefore, the petitioner is granted the concession of regular bail and as such is ordered to be released on bail to the satisfaction of CJM/Duty Magistrate, Bathinda. Disposed of.
