(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case, FIR No.108 dated 28.11.2017, registered under Sections 420 and 471 IPC at Police Station Fatehgarh Churian, Police District Batala. Heard.

The petitioner is repeatedly defying court orders. Initially, he jumped bail in violation of order granting him bail by absenting, during trial. Thereafter, upon his application for anticipatory bail, he was directed to appear before the trial court and treating him as a VIP, the trial court was directed to decide his bail application on the same date. At this stage, when the Bench was dismissing the petition, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of instant petition.
