**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) This order of mine shall dispose of two writ petitions bearing CWP No.9134 of 2019 titled as "Sushil Kumar and others V/s State of Haryana and another" and CWP No.9725 of 2019 titled as "Vijay V/s State of Haryana and another".

Petitioner(s) have sought indulgence of this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to conduct physical verification of the petitioners in view of their decision stated on

YOGESH SHARMA 2019.08.27 16:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP Nos.9134 & 9725 of 2019 (O&M) affidavit dated 05.03.2019 (Annexure P-1), in which, respondents have agreed to conduct physical verification of similarly placed candidates who were appointed along with the petitioners.

Learned State Counsel has filed short reply on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2, wherein, it has been stated that the respondents have no objection if the directions are given to Haryana Staff Selection Commission for conducting the physical verification of the remaining candidates who are about 776 candidates including the petitioners of the present petitions in pursuance of the order dated 27.07.2018 passed by this Hon'ble High Court in CWP No. 11761/2017 titled as "Veena Yadav and others Vs. State of Haryana and others" and affidavit dated 3.4.2019 submitted by Directorate Elementary Education to avoid any further litigation regarding physical verification.

Keeping in view the aforesaid stand, I deem it appropriate to dispose of both the writ petitions by directing the respondents to conduct physical verification of all remaining candidates including the petitioners in pursuance to order dated 27.07.2018 passed by this Court as well as affidavit dated 03.04.2019.

The petitioners shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy with regard to registration of FIR.
