As per the report of the Registry, the notice issued to the sole appellant has been received back with the report that he has expired. 2.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that despite repeated efforts, he has been unable to establish contact with the legal representatives of the deceased appellant. Even today, learned counsel expresses his inability to proceed further in the matter due to lack of instructions or communication from the legal representatives of the appellant.

In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution, with liberty to the legal representatives of the appellant to seek revival of the appeal, in accordance with law, in case any sufficient cause survives.

Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
