**** INDERJIT SINGH, J.(Oral) Petitioner Pardeep has preferred this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking directions to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to investigation through crime branch or by any senior police officer not below the ran k of D.S.P. Or through some other investigating agency and to submit the investigationi report and to deal and prosecute the accused person in accordance with law in the representation dated 6.7.2016 (Annexure P-4). Learned counsel for the petitioner only prays for the relief that the representation dated 6.7.2016 (Annexure P-4), moved to the Superintendent of Police, Jhajjar- respondent No.3, by the petitioner be considered and he does not press the other relief asked in this petition. In view of above, respondent No.2 Superintendent of Police, Jhajjar is directed to look into the said representation dated 6.7.2016 (Annexure P-4) and pass appropriate order within two months after receiving copy of this order, as per law.
