The present petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.04, dated 07.01.2026 under Sections 106(1), 281, 125(a), 125(b) BNS and 338, 345(3), 340(2), 339, 61(2) BNS added later on vide DDR No.25 dated 31.01.2026, registered at Police Station Bajakhana, District Faridkot.

After arguing for some time and faced with the para 8 to 12 of the status report filed by DSP, Sub-Division, Jaitu dated 07.04.2026, learned counsel, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the present petition, to surrender before the trial Court and file an application for bail, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.

Dismissed as withdrawn. In case, the petitioners surrender within 7 days and file an application for grant of bail, the same be decided within 3 days thereafter, in accordance with law.
