***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed that the trial is now at the stage of recording statements under Section 313 Cr.P.C. He has thus submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition and that some directions for expeditious disposal of the trial may be issued.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
The Trial Court is, however, directed to take necessary steps as may be possible under the present circumstances for expeditious disposal of the conclusion of trial.
