**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) As per the Office report, respondents No.4 to 6 are still unserved.

Through this petition, the petitioners seek issuance of the directions to official respondents No.2 and 3 to not harass the petitioners at the behest of respondents No.4 to 6.

Short reply by way of an affidavit dated 20.08.2022 of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kalanaur, District Gurdaspur, filed on behalf of the respondent-State, in the Court, is taken on record. Along with the reply, statements of both the petitioners dated 23.06.2022 have also been annexed, wherein it has been stated that the petitioners do not have any threat perception at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6 and they do not want any security.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the aforesaid factual position.
