Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Investigating Officer of the case was in connivance with accused as stated in para 9, however, learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that recently on 17.03.2026, the investigation by the Superintendent of Police, Karnal, has been entrusted to Inspector Vipin Kumar, in view of which, his learned counsel does not press the present petition, any further.
