In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 and 2 to conduct a fair and impartial enquiry/investigation in cross case registered vide DDR No. 30 dated 13.06.2017 under Sections 323 and 325 read with Section 34 IPC, in FIR No. 76 dated 06.06.2017, registered under Sections 323, 324 and 341 IPC at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset contends that the purpose of the instant petition would be achieved, if respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, is directed to decide the representation Annexure P-5 moved by the petitioner. 3.
In view of the above, respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, is directed to look into the matter and decide the representation Annexure P-5, moved by the petitioner, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to her, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
