Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 05 dated 26.3.2014 under Section 3/4/5/9 of Official Secret Act and Section 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station State Special Operation Cell, Amritsar, District Amritsar.

Heard.

Petitioner is in custody since 26.3.2014. Challan has already been presented in the Court and conclusion of trial may take time.

On a query put by this Court, learned State counsel, on instructions of Assistant Sub Inspector Rajesh Kumar, has submitted that petitioner is not involved in any other criminal case.
