RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) The petitioner has made a representation, dated 15.6.2016 (Annexure P-2), explaining her grievances in detail. The marriage of the petitioner was solemnized with Amandeep Singh. The petitioner after marriage was thrown out of the matrimonial home in the year 2013 and since then she is living with her parents. Her husband, who is working as a Constable with the Punjab Police, is forcing her to give divorce and as per the complaint, he has been visiting her house and had molested her as well. At this stage, keeping in view the serious allegations made in the representation (Annexure P-2), the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3-Senior Superintendent of Police (Rural), Jalandhar, to look into the matter and decide the representation (Annexure P-2), in accordance with law, after calling the petitioner in his office, within one month of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
