Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Kulwinder Singh, Police Station, Dirbha, District Sangrur, submits that in compliance of the interim directions issued vide order dated 08.09.2015, the petitioner did join the investigation and no more required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, interim directions issued vide order dated 08.09.2015 by this Court are made absolute. He shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
