Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw this petition qua petitioner Nos. 3 to 10 with liberty to file fresh petition qua them with better particulars.

Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 5 to protect life and liberty of petitioner Nos. 1 & 2 and to provide adequate security to protect them from respondent Nos.6 to 16, who are parents and other relatives of petitioner No.1. The petitioners, who are present in Court today, further contend that they being major have solemnized marriage with their own consent in accordance with law. The private respondents are not accepting the marriage of the petitioners and are extending threats to them. Both the petitioner No.1 & 2 are now residing at Panipat due to threat and requested that Superintendent of Police, Panipat-respondent No.4 and SHO, Police Station Madhlauda, District Panipat-respondent No.5 be directed to protect the life and liberty of petitioner Nos. 1 & 2. Without going into the validity of the marriage, the present petition is disposed of with the directions to petitioner Nos. 1 & 2 to contact respondents No.4 and 5, who, after their satisfaction that the petitioner Nos. 1 & 2 are actually facing threat, shall take necessary steps to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from private respondent Nos.6 to 16, as per law.
