Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer is for cancellation of anticipatory bail due to violation of terms of the compromise as the accused party had failed to come forward and file a petition for a decree of divorce by mutual consent by the appointed date in terms of the compromise. Upon notice, counsel for respondent no.2 states that petition for divorce by mutual consent stands filed and for the inadvertent delay unconditional regret is expressed. He further states that accused party, in any manner, would not violate the conditions of the compromise and would get their statements recorded on the second motion in terms of the compromise.
