It is apparent that neither any application was filed to remove the technical defect in the petition as had been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner nor any other application either to withdraw or amend the petition was filed.

Today, also none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

On instructions from ASI Nanak Singh, learned State counsel has apprised the Court that respondent No.2, who was involved in the FIR No.92 dated 8.9.2015, ibid, was arrested on 17.6.2020 and was thereafter, released on bail. He further submits that charges have been framed against accused- respondent No.2 and now the case is fixed for evidence of PWs. Therefore, he prays that the present petition may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above statement made by learned State counsel, no further order is required to be passed in the matter and the present petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. 1+ - ( ) ,' 0 , ( ,
