(Oral) CRM-15646-2020 Application for impleading Shingara Singh @ Bhola as respondent no. 2 as a party in the main case is allowed subject to all just exceptions and the amended memo of parties annexed with the application is permitted to be taken on record.

1. The petitioner No.1-Baljinder Singh seeks grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered against him vide FIR No.87 dated 2.6.2020 under Sections 306/34 IPC at Police Station Sadar Barnala, District Barnala

2. The FIR was lodged at the instance of Shingara Singh wherein it has been alleged that his son namely Harjinder Singh (deceased) was married to Tejinder Kaur in the year 2012 but since there used to be quarrel between them, he started living separately from his son and daughter-in-law. It is alleged that Sukhjinder Singh i.e. brother of his daughter-in-law used to abuse his son and that said Sukhjinder Singh as well as his younger brother Baljinder Singh also gave beatings to his son and who ultimately committed suicide on 1.6.2020 by consuming some poisonous substance.

3. On the last date of hearing, it has been represented that the FIR came to be lodged due to some misunderstanding, which has now been resolved and that the complainant has no objection for grant of bail.

4. Shri Sushil Kumar Verma, Advocate is appearing on behalf of respondent No. 2, who has admitted the factum of compromise and has stated that he has no objection in case the petitioners are granted bail.

5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, especially that this is a case where the complainant's son had committed suicide after 8 years of the marriage and that the matter is now stated to have been compromised and the complainant has no objection for grant of bail, the petition is accepted and it is ordered that the petitioner No.1-Baljinder Singh in the event of his arrest shall be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioner No.1-Baljinder Singh shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the

Arresting/Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
