(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.245 dated 04.12.2009, registered at Police Station City-I, Mansa, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Sections 302, 307, 341, 323 and 148 and 149 IPC.

At the very outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Jaswinder Singh, has informed that the trial is fixed for final arguments on 19.09.2016.

Keeping in view the above-said fact, no ground for grant of regular bail to the petitioner is made out and the same is hereby dismissed.
