RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to transfer the investigation of the case. However, Mr.B.S.Virk, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, on instructions from ASI Sunita, at the very outset informs the Court that cancellation report in the FIR has already been prepared, which is yet to be filed and Kalendra under Section 182 IPC is prepared against the petitioner. Nothing more survives in the petition.
