NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Samunder Singh of Police Station, City, Ferozepur, submits that in view of the compromise effected between the private parties to the lis, the investigating agency is proposing to file cancellation report before learned Area Judicial Magistrate, within two months of passing of the present order. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition at this stage.
