(ORAL) Learned counsel for the appellants submits that dispute was between the brothers and nobody is approaching the counsel, so as to pursue with this appeal and dispute might have been se%led. Although learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that even her clients are not approaching but she is not aware about any se%lement, if any.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present appeal is hereby disposed of with liberty to get it revived, in case, any cause of ac'on survives.
