The present petition has been filed for quashing of report Roznamcha No.29 dated 29.01.2015 registered under Sections 307/452/148/149 IPC read with Section 25/27 of the Arms Act in FIR No.92 dated 05.08.2014 registered under Sections 336, 353, 186, 148 and 149 IPC read with Section 25/27 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Kathunangal, District Amritsar (Rural), and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
