The petitioner herein is the defendant No.1 in a suit filed by the respondent No.1 for the grant of decree of permanent injunction. Her application for permission to examine her through the Local Commissioner has been dismissed. Another application filed by the petitioner for recalling and framing of the additional issue has been dismissed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division).

After arguing at some length, the learned counsel representing the parties have come to a consensus. It has been agreed that let the petitioner be granted one opportunity to conclude her entire evidence. 3.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner has undertaken to furnish a copy of her affidavit to the learned counsel representing the plaintiff, at least three days before the date fixed to enable him to prepare for DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2022.12.05 14:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document the cross-examination. The affidavit is required to be furnished in lieu of her

Civil Revision No. 165 of 2021 examination-in-chief.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner does not press the revision petition with regard to the prayer for framing of an additional issue.
