(Oral) In view of the office report dated 19.5.2016 and after going through the record of the case, present appeal has been found squarely covered by the order dated 7.3.2012 passed by this Court in RFA No. 2110 of 2001 (Gurcharan Singh and another Vs. Punjab State), which had already attained finality in view of the order dated 15.1.2014 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 331 of 2014 (Paramjit Panag and others Vs. State of Punjab).

In view of the above, present appeal is ordered to be disposed of in terms of the order dated 7.3.2012 passed in Gurcharan Singh's case (supra).

Disposed of, accordingly.
