(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to first release the arrears of Annual Increments and Annual Career Progression on completion of 4-9-14 years of service to petitioner with interest @ 12% and further direct the respondents to transfer the amount of Gratuity and Leave Encashment of petitioner for 17 years and 11 months to Naromajra MPCASS and to decide the legal notice dated 18.07.2025 (Annexure P5), in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to invoke alternative appropriate remedy on the same cause of action in accordance with law.
