RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.64 dated 27.04.2018 registered under Sections 307, 336, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Makhu, District Ferozepur.

On instructions from the Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 14.08.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
