(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a direction to the respondent to conduct the investigation in FIR No.412 dated 20.08.2014 registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station Rohtak Civil Lines, District Rohtak in a fair and impartial manner and direct the respondent No.2 to examine the specimen signatures as per the order dated 12.04.2016 passed by the trial Court. On the last date of hearing, counsel for the State has placed on record the copy of the FSL report.

Today, counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Samunder Singh, submits that the investigation is likely to be concluded.

In view of the above, no further action is called for. Disposed of.
