This is a petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 14 dated 30.01.2011 under Sections 306 & 302 IPC at Police Station Sultanwind, Amritsar, Punjab.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Satnam Singh, who is present in court, submits that all prosecution witnesses have examined and trial is likely to culminate soon. Under the circumstances, no ground is made out to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Dismissed.
