       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.67 dated 15.04.2022, under Sections 15, 25 and 29 NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Bhikhi, District Mansa. Vide order dated 29.04.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Kuldeep Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
