******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners have taken the brief from him and have not contacted him so far. Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Suresh Kumar submits that petitioners are involved in four criminal cases. Two FIRs have been registered against them in Panchkula, one in Punjab and one in Delhi. In a case registered at Panchkula, they were arrested and are on bail. In the event of petitioners apprehending any danger to their life and liberty from private respondents, they may represent to Commissioner of Police, Panchkula and necessary action will be taken. In view of submission of learned State counsel, this petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to approach Commissioner of Police, Panchkula as and when they apprehend any danger to their life and liberty from private respondents no. 10 to 12.
