Learned State counsel has referred to letter dated 24.06.2020 issued by the Joint Director on behalf of the Director, General Technical Education, Haryana (Panchkula) stating that there will be no examination for all the students of any Semester including final Semester/Year due to COVID-19 pandemic thereby rendering the present petition infructuous.
