***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) The file has been received back from the Mediation Centre. As apprised by both the counsel, compromise could not be effected between the parties. But anyhow, counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent shall withdraw the divorce petition before the court below, on the next date of hearing, relating to which present application has been filed. In view of the undertaking given by learned counsel for the respondent, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the present transfer application and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.

Ordered accordingly.

However, the parties shall remain bound by their respective statements.
