ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.112 dated 18.03.2015 registered under Section 22 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Focal Point, Ludhiana.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that on 11.09.2017, the petitioner has already appeared before the trial Court and has been released on bail. It is further submitted that in pursuance to the order dated 22.08.2017, the petitioner has deposited the costs of Rs.15,000/-. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Bhajan Singh, has not disputed the factual position and states that the petitioner has already appeared in trial Court.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 22.08.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
